Thank you so much for including me. It's really special to have your work so appreciated. You write in seclusion, pushing the boundaries between words, connotations and the sculpture of language. It's lovely when someone 'gets' it.

For context, I've had five rejections in the last couple of days, which makes it all the more sweet that Peter Thabit Jones from The Seventh Quarry/Swansea Poetry Magazine & Press has accepted 2 of my poems, to be published next February.

This morning, before coffee or breakfast, I had a rejection which was followed immediately by not 1 but 2 acceptances! Within minutes! This never happens! Thanks so much to editors of The Lake & New Critique (who took 2 poems, no less). Made my day!

The resolution brought forward by Society of Authors members calling for a statement to be made in support of a ceasefire in Gaza, didn't pass.

That means the murder of 40,000+ Palestinians isn't enough to compel a majority vote among British writers. What a time.
