This race more than most is a perfect example that TIME IN THE BANK is a disastrous game plan.

I am uncomfortable with any athletes modeling the USA Olympic Kit before they have officially made the team. I guess I am just too superstitious but I don’t want any bad juju.

I am entertained watching great coaches reject more money at higher profile programs.

Not everyone is motivated by money.

This doesn’t make sense to most people who would leave there current situation for more money at a similar situation.

NOT EVERYONE IS MOTIVATED BY MONEY.

My former HS athletes and my former Pro athletes have one major thing in common.
They both wish they had done more to take advantage of their opportunities.
Heard this several times over the years but 3 times in the past 2 days.

There are many complaints about World Cross-Country but the biggest problem is PARTICIPATION. If you are from a country that is not sending full teams to EVERY World Cross Meet then I am not really interested in your input.
