When you're loyal to yourself you don't allow people to mistreat you.

A painful truth is that sometimes conflicts arise or relationships end because people can’t see what they’ve done that hurt you. And they walk away blaming you, or projecting onto you. We cannot convince people of what they don’t see/face. Sometimes letting go is our only option.

It does not matter who’s praying against you, you’re still going to win.

If you're serious about growth, be serious about learning, responsibilities, values, health, discipline, gratitude, and relationships.

Years of trapped trauma can make you feel like you don’t really fit in anywhere emotionally, or like your teenager years were stolen from you, so sometimes you still feel like a kid, but also pain has aged you, so now you must go back in time if you want to move forward.

A relationship should be about helping each other deal with the stress the world brings. Not adding unnecessary stress to each other’s lives.

Maturity is seeing rejection as divine redirection and protection because what's meant for you will never say 'no' and turn you away. A person who is okay with rejection is a very powerful person.

Unhealed trauma will sometimes give you a high tolerance threshold to abusive behaviour. Just because you can handle it doesn't mean you have to tolerate it.

Things only change when we change them ..you have to do the work..it's always been up to you..your choice..your life..your fate.

There is such freedom in self-awareness & revealing our blind spots. When we see where we’re at, understand ourselves more deeply, and own our feelings, opinions & judgements, we may reduce the chance of being offended or triggered by people, places, or things that we don't like.

the amount of times i’ve had to say “i know you mean well, but you’re overstepping and crossing boundaries.” and the amount of times that people respond with “but i was just trying to..”

you don’t have to try. the second i say something once or say no, it’s no. stop pushing.

You always gotta be ready to say goodbye to anything.

Expectations destroy the joy of what you were meant to experience when it doesn't follow the narrative you made up in your mind.
