Did marches, punches, wall press n twists, kettle bell swings with 4kg, squats then switched to sit to stand as back wasn't having it. Then did chest press, shoulder press n twists in sets of 10, 20 and 30, then sit to stand and crunches and finished with uppercuts

Absolutely dripping after PT tonight. I did 10 wall press, 10 kettle bell swings with 4kg, 10 goblet squats with 4 kg x 4, 20 twists, 20 punches and 20 shoulder press x 4, then 5 x wall press x 3 to finish. Back was playing up tonight but I did it. So proud of mesel πŸ’ͺ

I'm raising funds in April for The Wellbeing Hub. They provide rehabilitation services for clients who have suffered a stroke, brain injury, multiple sclerosis etc. They don't just deal with the physical symptoms but also the mental wellbeing. justgiving.com/crowdfunding/T…

After Tabatas selfie. 8 sets of 4 mins work broken into 20 seconds work n 10 seconds rest then 2 mins rest between sets. Hard work but very satisfying as I only needed to sit down for half of the last set. Much better than last week. Any progress is good so I'm a happy lass.

Tabetas done πŸ˜ƒ I did punches, revised squats cos of my knee, twists and wall presses. 45 mins legs r like jelly arms r lead and I feel like I could scran half of the fridge but I'm gonna enjoy my tin of baked beans n sausages with brown toast n strong Yorkshire tea

Couch to fitness week 7 day 1 - cardio. I think you can tell from my face it was hard tonight. Back wasn't liking the burpees so I did them sitting (touching my toes, back up then pressing to the ceiling). I'm pushing myself harder each session but my recovery time is quicker

Couch to fitness week 6 day 2 - core done. Quite hard tonight as I've had time off with my sore back. Can already feel my stomach is gonna be sore tomorrow but happy to be back at it.

week 5 day 1 - cardio done. Thanks to all who joined my twitch to give me support. I can feel my waist is smaller so onwards n downwards. Pic of me red face n leggings worn. Back still aching but I only had to sit twice so that's an improvement in itself.
