I believe we are on the right direction by fighting these ppl who r doing business in council business, and will brief my President on Monday and proceed to brief min JMoyo to prevent these bad ppl from politicizing our genuine generational fight.

How do you explain the fact that municipal police,markets officers and supervisors were charging overlapping tables in mupedzanhamo $5 and pocketing,at the expense of council and then seek to get sympathy from the public by alleging non payment of salaries,or hw can you b paid?

Some would think we are not doing our work but it’s more than providing water ,good roads etc but making sure the institution is set and responsive to that need ,my leader gave me this task and my prayers to God have always been to get grace /strength to confront these

This is why service delivery wasn’t happening to levels you all would be happy with ,the traffic guys had a covenant to clamp two cars each a day they would wrk from 6am to 1pm as normal duty would return after 2pm to do their personal issues and claim overtime for that kanzuru

We have 15000 vendors who pay $3 per day by 30 of a month but last year the markets declared $1,8mil revenue for 12 months ,traffic police’s cartel had created money rackets with mushika shika and combiz ,these are backroom wars we are fighting each day

Going forward you will see more service because we have freed captured resources,We have fought corruption in the markets,traffic ,valuations,city health and restore value to council assets

Politicians were not paying and had taken over our revenue sources,the only strategy of the former was to say let’s cut salaries,which could not improve the situation because workers had captured revenue sources and they would do more of this as a reaction to his strategy

When we took over this council was collecting $13mil down from $21mil and was not utilizing all its revenue sources,markets ,traffic,city health were captured by employees,we are cleaning the hse and setting the service delivery agenda,land was being sold for a song

I announce progress and we have done a lot ,I am busy and happy with what we have done to stabilize the city ,the finances ,performance contracts,we hv a new housing policy,3new clinics are being built,road works are starting next week,Hre master plan,new bylaws,corporates r back

The constitution of this country clearly doesn’t allow for demolitions without court orders ,we can only apply to the court to get orders to remove illegal settlements on wetlands or any land the last I criticized this constitution I got some flaks,can we all wait for the courts

My understanding of My freind Subtle is that he /she thinks we also don’t care abt wetlands,we hv made decisions which gvnt and courts have overturned on wetlands,a person can appeal to the admin court on these wetland issues they are not as simple and straight forward as u think

Land use can be changed through special consent ,change of reservations ,regularization or changes to the local plan and in all this the law permits ,even if the new developments are permitted the planners can still decide to accommodate your interest or change it to another area

Is it madness to apply to council to built your own accommodation,it’s lawful and very much an attempt to get your own shelter,let me be honest in every suburb in Hre we have created these open spaces knowing they are a necessity both at law and for future use
