Just a reminder that it was extremely obvious all the way in December that investors were getting WAY ahead of themselves in expecting 6 or 7 rate cuts throughout 2024. The Washington Examiner was warning you 5 months ago that simply was not happening. washingtonexaminer.com/opinion/260077…

There had to be one prat who’d say the Free Press article reflected badly on conservatives not npr. But you’d only have gotten short odds betting it’d be Mehdi Hasan

Biden’s betrayals abroad and at home

It is intended to make him look like he cares about America’s friends and reputation, but he is willing, in truth, to sacrifice both.

The far right basically means 'outgroup'. No relation to reality, just insult. This is dangerous and irresponsible.

There’s a drinking game in which players bet how many words it will take, five, 10, maybe 15 before the first mention of race class or gender in any story on NPR

On this foreign policy and on another, he is sidling up to the presidential election behind the mask. It is intended to make him look like he cares about America’s friends and reputation, but he is willing, in truth, to sacrifice both. washingtonexaminer.com/opinion/column… via Washington Examiner

These numbers need to be learned and accounted for by every reporter writing about Gaza. They give the lie to the accusation of genocide by Israel.

This is not a great point from Buttigieg. The shift from landlines to cell phones happened mostly organically, not with the government forcing market changes when people didn't want to change. EVs, unlike cell phones, are less convenient for most people.

Passion isn’t self-justifying. Rules still apply and you can’t claim credit for passion if you expect it to cost you nothing. You’re also boneheaded about genocide. The only genocide in Palestine is the one promised and repeatedly attempted by Hamas n other Jew hating Islamists

Such a stupid disingenuous take. It isn’t bigotry or hypocrisy but a judgment of differences between peoples. Palestinians choose killers as leaders (partly because the killers indoctrinate them from childhood) so it’s reasonable to deny such people the power of government.
