Last night was difficult. Exhausted to the point of pain but I couldnt sleep till the early hours of the morning. It rained at 8:30 am cleared the smoke from the air and the sky was beautiful. I was able to operate on a 5 year old with a nasty foot injury.
Today is a new day.

What I witnessed is that 3 people got killed by the Israeli air strike on an apartment in the middle of Dir Al-Balah, there were also injuries in the street.
I was at the hospital and the strike was so close, I was so scared that it was my family house. Ceasefire now

Reporting from Khan Younis, we are headed to a house that was targeted by an Israeli air strike. The civil defence were working to extract bodies from under the rubble. I saw them pull the body of a young man who was killed by the strike.
I have to head back to the middle area…

Everywhere you go in Gaza, you will find people caring for stray dogs 🐕 and cats 🐈.
