I've literally no idea why local journalism is struggling as I read this article about someone who heroically manages to change head gear whilst at work.

The Tories know it is very likely Angela Rayner will have found to have done nothing wrong, it just suits them to distract from the bin fire of their own Party and government. Don't do their work for them is all I'd say.

Suspect the police will find nothing to see here gov on Rayner, but I find it extremely irritating that *all main political parties * have at one time or another used the police for party political ends in relation to frankly BS 'offences'. I'd like them all to stop, tbf.

I believe this gap (33% Starmer, 18% Sunak) on Best PM is the biggest YouGov have ever had it between Sunak and Starmer (15 pts).

The Best PM lead is similar to the difference in voting intention*, which is 31% Lab, 13% Con (18 pts).
