ICAR - ICAR-CIFT, Kochi has organized a workshop on 'Sustainable Transformation in Seafood Industry,' on 2nd May 2024 at the CIFT campus, Kochi as part of the Indo-Norwegian project on Future refrigeration India.

We are pleased to announce the “AQUABIZ Summit 2024” organized by the Zonal Technology Management - Agribusiness Incubation Centre (ZTM-ABI), ICAR-Central Institute of Fisheries Technology.

A Skill Development Program on “Pre-processing and drying of fish” was conducted at the Engineering Section of ICAR-CIFT from 27 to 28th February 2024. The training was attended by 22 participants from all over Kerala who were entrepreneurs interested in dry fish production.

A hands-on training on ‘Pre-processing and drying of fish in solar hybrid dryer’ was conducted at KVK, Palakkad on 29-02-2024 by Engg. Section, ICAR-CIFT under SCSP to develop skills in pre-processing and drying of fish to the small-scale farmers or entrepreneurs in CIFT dryer.
