RAFAH, Gaza, April 26 (Reuters) - A baby girl who was delivered from her dying mother's womb in a Gaza hospital following an Israeli airstrike has herself died after just a few days of life, the doctor who was caring for her said on Friday.

April 25 (Reuters) - The University of Southern California (USC) said on Thursday it has called off its main-stage graduation ceremony this year, one week after canceling the valedictorian speech by a Muslim student who said she was silenced by anti-Palestinian hatred.

An official says the Israeli military will dedicate a brigade, Navy ship and aircraft to protecting U.S. forces working to build the pier.

The United States military has started constructing its pier for aid off the Gaza coast, the Pentagon says.
