Is the new 'NATO Integrated Cyber Centre' going to be a stand alone thing or an integral part of CyOC?

The way I understood the CyOC setup is that industry integration was part of CyOC's situational awareness mission.

A group called Cyber Army of Russia posted videos in which it tampers with control software for US water utilities, a Polish wastewater plant, and a French hydroelectric dam.
