We need to leave within an hour and a half so my husband checks with Enterprise they have cars. So I ask Alyssa the rep for Hertz how long the wait is… could be an hour but she doesn’t think it will be 2 hours… so if I cancel this “reservation” SINCE HERTZ HAS NO CARS (3)

I thought if I har a reservation this means a car is waiting for me ready… NOPE not at Hertz as this is the second time. The last time on February their car wash was broken so we got a dirty car!!! We gave them another chance and guess what, this time no cars at all! (2)

First I reserve a car from Hertz then I show up before my scheduled RESERVATION time to be safe to find 10 people in line also with reservations who are unable to pick up cars because Hertz does not have any cars available! What the heck is a reservation for (1)
