Off to Kochi for work-related matters. Will try to pay attention to their GST culture(will certainly be taxing, given my limited skills in this area, but still) it's a riddle.. how do they manage to get away with pretty low GST given pretty high levels of economic activity there.

Two points:
1. Illegal properties are fine...as long as the owner doesn't do something so stupid that it can seriously dent the vote bank.

2. The demolishing, if it happens, will make no difference to the victim.
