Having an accessible, permissive free tier has been part of @cloudflare's DNA for the last 13-and-a-half years.

Having our own network is a strategic advantage, and allowed us to make this sustainable. We're not trying to squeeze out margins on top of $$$ AWS egress & compute.

I've been really excited for this one.

Being able to break up and call functions within other @cloudflare Workers and/or Durable Objects — without having to think about serializing+deserializing across boundaries — HUGELY simplifies decomposing your services and sharing code.
