Scrumptious apple pie served with homemade custard and caramelised sugar shards. This is one of two final graded dishes produced for a student's BTEC hospitality and catering coursework. Our mouths are watering! The presentation is outstanding, and this looks so delicious!

What a fabulous day for Year 8 students provided by The Hill Group, where students had the opportunity to try their hand at activities such as bricklaying and carpentry as well as visiting a building site to learn about careers in construction.
