The report didn’t clarify the 20% Discount applicable to select purchase of goods and services by PWDs such as food service at restaurants which the tweet was all about.

@jaspersalceda The discounts actually cover even the DESSERTS and not just essential items but I find it ridiculous to divide it per serving. The problem is that these discounts are passed on to the business owners and service providers. Some of these discounts have been abused too.
