I think they should just have a kind of comfy bed or lounge arrangement on stage for readings. Writer just lies down, sleeps a bit, reads a little, tells an anecdote, naps. Designates an audience member to pretend to be them for Q&A at the end. Very relaxing.

The Tallahassee flooding made national news, and it hit the ravine behind our house hard. It swept away our bridges and flung huge logs a hundred feet from where they had been. A lot to fix. #VanderWild

So... we seem to have southern leopard frogs in the yard, and they overwintered under the leaf mulch. Another good reason to not disturb much on the ground. I'm going to enhance the habitat around the pond to cater to their delicate and ample needs and wants.
