Any parent with kids (4) will tell you that places that don't allow kids are GREAT.

Resorts, hotels and restaurants that don't allow kids are a blessing.

The problem here isn't 'child free',

it's letting dogs into a place that serves food. GTFOH with that.

These are radically better than anything smaller, but please let's not refer to this as dense or walkable. It's neither. It's 'the best we can do for now & a step in the right direction' but this is stuff Ukraine & Romania built 30 years ago. We should be able to do much better.

Stop hovering over them. Parents are the problem.

But all you're doing is telling stronger, faster & more ruthless guys on the Internet where to go for supplies if the shit hits the fan

There won't be a dent in the housing crisis (defined as not having to live in a horrible place that looks like an old parking lot with horrible schools) without changes in condo liability rules

because the future looks like a condo, not a single-family home.
