Worth dwelling on the underlying question: if there is a right to housing, how geographically specific is that right? Can we all move to Piedmont (area 1.7 sq. mi.) and demand free housing there? I think a broader definition is needed.

I think shared #micromobility (shared bikes, e-scooters, etc.) is a great solution: low-cost transportation in cities without huge taxpayer subsidies. But it can only work when vehicles aren't stolen/vandalized. So this update from Lyft is scary.
