We are delighted that three of our residential projects, will all receive awards at the upcoming Considerate Constructor Awards ceremony. Each project achieved a score of 15/15 across key categories: Respect for the Community, Care of the Environment, and Value for the Workforce.

During February over 50 of our people took part in the Irish Heart Foundation's RUN100 challenge. We concluded the month with a highly informative talk from Anne Riordan, Corporate Fundraising Manager at the Irish Heart Foundation.

The skyline at the North Quays has undergone a transformation, following the addition of our second Liebherr Tower Crane, a new Fibre Crane.

This marks our most substantial crane addition to date and our first crane with a fibre rope.

Our team has planted over 200 trees, and we eagerly anticipate sharing pictures of the remaining trees being planted in January.
