One of the big shames about Black London nightlife that I could have never predicted ten years ago is that you would hear less UK music in it today then you did then, and less prominent artists seem to care about that then ever.

the coming late ting is a headache for programming. sometimes you have to delay delay delay until there’s a respectable amount of ppl inside, so they can enjoy what you’ve programmed but in some cases, u have to rush thru sets which is deaddddd

💡 believe it! there a numerous discovery platforms too now, a by-product of the growth. economy is rough tho but with growth comes innovation, i wonder what we will see next…

Read a report on nightlife in the UK and building community and connection is one of the main reasons why people organise events. So genre specific is growing but I personally don’t think it’s the end for multi genre parties
