I normally sleep for 4 to 6 hours a night. When I take Tramadol, I only sleep for 2 hours. So with this knee pain I’ve had a rough run. Until last night. I had no painkillers because I’d rested for 3 days and I used all the sleep aids I could find and….11 hours of sleep!! 🥳

My local town page for general moaning etc had a post today about a road rage incident. A man swore at another driver who replied with “take your face for a shit” 🤣
