I read *a lot* of books for work but can recall Good Intentions immediately. It felt like new ground but mostly it wrapped you up and sped you along through the eyes and hearts of the people in it, in the way that good books do.

Spoke to Helen Rumbelow about this last night. The results we should sit up and take notice of.

Within 3-4wks, teaching style had to change, to pick up the pace of increased focus… detentions fell by 40%..
