No wonder they don't have a social media presence! Their 'online chat' is a joke too. It's just a bot that tells you exactly the same info as the tracking!!

@katiebentley0 BBC Watchdog BBC Watchdog I sent a parcel to someone and in getting the same. Cannot contact Evri as its saying it can't recognise any of my tracking numbers on the line cannot speak to a human!!!

@katiebentley0 BBC Watchdog Me too, when it was still Hermes the ‘lost’ 13 parcels of mine within 9 months. This is my first issue now they are Evri but seems now it’s coming up to Christmas they are ‘losing’ the parcels again. This was a Christmas present from ELC UK

@katiebentley0 BBC Watchdog I've had the same issue with my order from Sports Direct. They are investigating it with Evri but not holding out much hope of getting my son's Christmas present or a refund back before Christmas 🤬. Someone needs investigating that's for sure!!

@katiebentley0 BBC Watchdog Apparently these two are on the way and have been since 6th December! I’ve contacted Debenhams who suggested I wait til 23rd December and then they’ll advise me what to do! They are Christmas gifts so that might be a tad late!!!!! I won’t buy from companies using Evri- shambles

I need my item in the next two days or cancel the order. I have not got the time nor the inclination to wait. Pretty sure we paid for the delivery and it is not been on time
