2 weeks on, we are still devastated by the death of my Nephew, I am lost for words. Knife crime is a huge concern all round, lots of work needs to be done to tackle this.

Yesterday in the Community of Moss Side, we celebrated Prince’s 18th Birthday ❤️ days away from his birthday, before sadly taken away by knife crime, we spoke to the whole community, talking about togetherness/unity and coming together to stop this madness😭lot of work to be done

Schools and organisations need to do more work together to tackle knife crime, early intervention is important, a lot of schools need to listen and stop thinking they don’t have a problem, work with the community, get workshops and people into school to speak to young people!

We lost my nephew to knife crime this week, our family is heartbroken 💔 every compliment about my nephew has been, he’s a polite young man, I will miss him him so much..we had a great tribute yesterday!

We recently had over 11 students completed the Power2 “Teens and Toddlers Programme” at school - they had the opportunity weekly to visit a nursery to mentor a toddler, the skillsets they have learnt is beyond outstanding, great things happen at MEA Central. #proud 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
