#FBF to last week when the #HTXLegends had a ride along with a DM & focused on act like an owner & champion change. We made impactful change @ our doors & focused on behavior & habit activation. We got commitments from the DM to focus on interaction model and already see change!

Had a blast with two of our ARs learning about and demonstrating our Third Party Interaction Model. This process will perfect the process and allow our AR Frontline to elevate the customer experience, perfect behaviors, and create a unified selling model for employee success!!
