This 18 year old on the same bike path who did not want to be recognized verified the area is a hot spot for kids, drugs and trafficking. From time to time the area is swept but they often return days later. As of today it’s still operational.

This is why they are called zombies. This is so normalized most don’t even see him. Harm Reduction activists though applaud his right to use and spend most evenings congratulating themselves and looking forward to handing him and others more pipes til they die.

I interviewed a homeless man now in shelter describing the streets. What stood out was the use of his favorite word ‘actually’ which he said over fifty times in three minutes. Here is half the interview with only twenty five actuallys.

Another purported serial killer snatching up homeless women. She has seen him once and advises people to carry weapons. I have interviewed about ten women who have told me there is definitely at least three men snatching up their friends who they then never see again

Drug dealers keep tabs on addicts trying to get sober and offer them free drugs to keep their customer. It’s a common practice and in large cities, spotters are used to find and inform the suppliers.

Social services unintentionally handicap the homeless and they end up staying on the streets longer. This homeless man said the enabling has got so bad it’s created dependent homeless and it’s hurting not helping them. Translation: we need to empower not enable.
