A Kawartha Lakes Police Officer was conducting speed enforcement in the area of a school zone. The officer stopped a vehicle which was caught speeding, 103km/hr in a posted 40km/hr school zone. The driver was charged with stunt driving and other offences. Kawartha Lakes
