.. so why did hospitals remove them? ajicjournal.org/article/S0196-โ€ฆ

I fear this is true. Itโ€™s a face-saver for people within World Health Organization (WHO) who were and are deniers of airborne transmission. That these people remain in influential positions almost four years into the pandemic is an international scandal. The SARS CoV-2 virus spreads through the air.

'We expect sanitary food, clean water, road safety measures, & more to keep our kids safe. So why do we not demand that they get clean air too? Especially when we now know it reduces illnesses from viruses & air pollution, improves concentration, & decreases hay fever & asthma.'

Out of 240 nations and states on Earth, Ireland is THIRTEENTH FROM THE BOTTOM for nature.

And it shouldn't be any surprise: our countryside is an endless expanse of virtually lifeless fields, sheep-shorn uplands + sitka deadzones.

It's *long* past time for change.

So my childhood hero Martina Navratilova went from โ€œconcerns about womenโ€™s sportโ€, to falling down the rabbit hole of anti-trans hate, to standing with โ€œaryansโ€ and Enoch Powell in spectacular speed. A few short years. And considering where she came from, itโ€™s particularly sad.

One of the craziest findings in urban planning is that you can reach more jobs faster by car in Dutch cities than American cities โ€” *and* walking, cycling, and transit are faster in Dutch cities.

Building cities for cars fails even cars. Brent Toderian

Meanwhile, in France, the transport minister says that for the first time in the country's history, there will be no new studies of motorway projects. The road budget will be reduced and more spent on rail and other public transport.

People, orgs, governments, industries... we all love the idea of planting trees: it's easily quantifiable, and makes us feel we're doing good.

The truth?

Very often it's the exact opposite. Natural regen is FAR better, + should *always* be first choice.
