Jo Storey broke every bone in Kerry McAuley’s face when he killed her. He had many convictions for assaults on 5 other women since he was 14. 2 restraining orders were taken out. None of this was joined up. Why was there no focus on HIS behaviour? This MUST change. Agree? 1/2
