2️⃣ ENRICH Network brought a new dimension with its virtual Cultural Campus 3D. Colleagues immersed themselves in our Trust and Inclusion Strategy, Anti-Racist Statement, and other key reports like 'Too Hot to Handle' and 'No More Tickboxes.'👇🏿

3️⃣ LGBT+ Network showcased their incredible achievements over the year, promoting acceptance and support for all colleagues. Steven, our LGBT+ Lead, was there to share the group's mission and foster understanding.

There needs to be a collective effort; example, having recruitment specialists as inclusion and cultural/edi champions, reviewing the process and diverse and inclusive panels.
