So grateful to Beth Malicki for covering the mental illness treatment crisis in Iowa. I loved meeting her yesterday for some filming that will be part of a special episode that will air on Thursday, 5/2, at 6:30 pm on KCRG-TV9. Hope lots of people will watch!!

This is the number one reason why we are failing the severely mentally ill. Peer support, housing first, boutique private psych hospitals may help some, but stop short of what it takes for society to compassionately help these dear people.
