On 4/22/24, around 12:25 am, officers were called to Cummins Ct for shots fired. Officers located damage to a building & vehicle. Two male victims arrived at a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries from gunshot wounds.

Golden Alert issued for Desmond Cole, 34. Last seen on 3/26/24, at 1:00 pm in the 200 block of Wilton Ave. He is 5’5” tall, 160lbs with black hair and brown eyes. Wearing a black hoodie, Air Force 1 shoes, and blue jeans.

Lexington Police Officers have been involved in an on-duty shooting in the 200 block of Regency Point Path. The investigation is ongoing and we will release more information as it becomes available.

On March 20, 2024, at 3:57 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 1700 block of Gerald Drive
for a shooting. When they arrived, they located a male victim who had been shot. The victim
was transported to a local hospital with reported non-life-threatening injuries.

A Golden Alert issued for a missing Monticello man. Wayne Dodd, 67, was last seen on 3/19/24, at 8pm in the 3400 block of Nicholasville Rd. He is 6’ tall and 200 lbs. He was wearing a gray shirt & pants. He may be driving a silver 2012 Chevrolet Camaro with KY plate 0615EB.
