It's 4/20 week so I am interviewing one badass celebrity who's entering the #cannabis industry... as a treat.

I hate seeing competitions with only male judges.

They arbitrarily assign value to men who lack real experience in weed and don’t value women’s *very real* contributions to the #cannabis space.
