Support for churches and charities alike is on a long, slow decline. Really, these institutions should never have been in charge of most things (like healthcare, housing) anyway.

But stay on the scene, plead guilty, show deep remorse, and do everything right after a horrible accident? Jail and deportation.

Too many people buy vehicles for the 1% of trips where they'll need the extra seats, storage, power, ride height, etc, and not for the 99% of trips where they would have been just fine with a small hatchback or mid-sized car.
