The Big Help Out gives everyone the chance to lend a hand. Community Volunteering is such an important part of the UK’s history, from the Second World War to the millions who stepped forward during the pandemic.

“As someone with a visible disability it’s important to show that, although I have challenges, I am able to perform the majority of the role so that, with a little support, I have a valuable input.”
