A: Find the resources on your campus & share them. A statement is great, but it’s only a start. You have to walk the walk. We are in the people business. You should want all people on your team to have a great experience. Tyra Perry

Non-HBCUs: Black student-athletes know they are going to a white institution. Higher education is to prepare student-athletes to be the best versions of themselves. It is our duty to help them navigate the prejudice of the world. Equip yourself with the resources. -Charmelle Green
