clearly they don’t care about their after sale.
Robert Dyas I cancelled my order for the Daewoo mini oven but you have proceeded to dispatch it after cancellation and a week early ...deliver at your peril I won't be answering the door no safe place to leave it it will be thieved by unscrupulous people is possible

I would never buy from Robert Dyas who send goods to dodgy warehouses palming off old refurbished and interfered with stock to customers and not new or even safe then if you cancel they still dispatch even when a week early what a scam this company operates.
Robert Dyas restrict your consumer rights and ignore their t&cs. Tried to get replacement part for faulty product and they have decided they are above Consumer rights. Onus on them prove not faulty but don't care. Woeful service.

Sainsbury's I'm having problems phoning customer support about a problem with my order, first call just went dead after inputting my details. 2nd call was answered and someone asked me my name then just put me straight on hold without saying anything else - gave up after 15 minutes.
