Criminal contempt. I don’t like that New York only allows a $1,000 fine or 30 days in jail for criminal contempt but he keeps committing the criminal contempt throughout the case, there could be enough 30 day incarcerations to see that Trump is behind bars for a long time.

Just to emphasize:

Justice Merchan has not yet ruled on ANY of the alleged violations, but he advanced the matter for two separate hearings.

We will wait to see whether he'll rule on the first 10 alleged violations, before the hearing on the latest four.
