People always do this — make it seem like past activists were somehow uncontroversial.

It’s nonsense. Activism by its nature is antagonistic to the status quo.

Remember, pepper spray is oil based. If you get sprayed DO NOT rub your eyes. Immediately blink as much as you can to wash out some of the oil with your own tears. Then, wash your eyes with baby shampoo or dilute dishwashing soap and rinse copiously. Water alone won't do much.

Still using 'it's the flu' as a retort for COVID is incredibly ignorant. Scientists are extremely concerned about flu pandemics, which could be even worse than what we've seen for COVID.

This should be front page news everywhere. We are watching the government hide Covid death and disability in front of our eyes, it should infuriate anyone who purports to care about human life
