iPhone : Muhammad Abubakar BBC North America BBC News (World) I wish states got a % of the electoral vote for that state, based on the popular vote. That way, everyone’s voice is *actually* heard. As it stands, Republicans in mostly Democrat states (California) and Democrats in mostly Republican states (Wyoming) don’t really have a voice.

If it was *just* popular vote, the election would always be determined by the most populous cities, while neglecting the needs and desires of smaller, rural towns. There absolutely needs to be tweaking though. I wish it wasn’t an “all or nothing” vote.
