Today the Year 12 Advance Group visited Tesco Billingham for the Princes Trust World of Work Tour.

They got to meet the store manager, had a tour of all of the different departments in the store and found out more about what Tesco look for in their potential employees.

Our staff today went on the hunt! 50 little ducks have been hiding in the academy as part of a global awareness campaign. Let's spread the word about the importance of blood, bone marrow, and organ donation.

She has produced these amazing lino prints whilst working on her coursework Project 'Creature'.
The design is a creature created by Agatha after studying the work of illustrator Sean Tan.

Daisy in Y8 has been showcasing her incredible talent at the Figure and Free Roller Cup in Great Yarmouth. We're thrilled to announce that she secured 2nd place in her figures and 3rd place in her free dance – what a fantastic achievement!

Here is our last Artist of the Week for the term.   Year 8 students have been focused on our Northeast landmarks.
Rahaf has produced this beautiful study of The Angel of The North using Derwent colour pencils.
Work will be displayed in the gallery and reception.

Just yesterday Y7, 8 and 9 students participated in a Grangetown Netball Open Day. Here the students were taken around the brilliant facilities they have to offer and they experienced netball games with some of their coaches. A big well done to all involved - it was a great day!

Earlier today, 50 students were treated to an all-expenses paid trip to Cineworld Cinema  to see GhostBusters: Frozen Empire. We hope you all had an incredible time! You were probably among the first to witness this blockbuster in Teesside. Keep up your fantastic work.
