Instead of using nat gas to power homes, they're going convert that same nat gas to hydrogen, and these new homes will be fueled by hydrogen and have hydrogen-powered appliances?

$1 in corporate profit --> 26% corporate tax rate = $0.74 distributed as capital gains --> 50% inclusion rate = $0.37
