Excellent thread. The time has come to divest from fossil fuels. Not only because they are killing our planet and thereby our future (as if that's not enough), but also because they pose too much fiduciary risk. Period.

We all expect our retirement advisors to keep our investments safe & performant over the long term. If your plan advisor (Vanguard I'm looking at you) isn't talking about protecting your investments from the fiduciary risk of fossil fuels, you should be very concerned.
