Our article is finally out (German Law Journal , Volume 24 , Issue 9 , December 2023, pp. 1648-1676): The concern about political parties undermining democracy while tolerated by democracy is not new.

What a mess! Why didn't the Gov just listen when warned about proceeding with this wording? So disappointing for all those who have worked to reform these areas for years. Here I am giving out about it on the RTÉ One #Referendum programme this morning:
