We have a glass recycling system which is funded entirely by the taxpayer when we could have had one mainly funded by the industry that generate the waste.

It will be news to councils Blair Bowman 🥃 that drink producers have been funding their kerbside recycling schemes!?

Why shouldn’t producers of waste be responsible for the costs of taking it back rather than tax payers?
