This 1960 Jazzmaster was custom painted to match the other band members’ instruments in Dick Dale’s band, the Del-Tones. Dick also verified that this was the guitar used and seen in the movie “Beach Party.”

Buddy Harman was the first staff drummer hired for the Grand Ole Opry and is probably the first and best-known of the original Nashville A-team session drummers. He played on many records, and one of the most iconic songs he played on was 'Oh, Pretty Woman' by Roy Orbison.

Producer and guitarist Chip Young donated This Ampex tape recorder to the Musicians Hall of Fame & Museum.
This Ampex was used to record Sun Records artists including Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, and BB King to name a few.

Hal Blaine played on over 150 hit records and at least 40 number 1 hit singles throughout his career. As a member of LA’s legendary session troupe, The Wrecking Crew, Blaine used this drum kit in the studio with the Beach Boys, the 5th Dimension, and Frank Sinatra to name a few.

Billy Sherrill met Charlie Rich when he was producing at the Nashville studio of Sun Records. Years later, Rich signed with Epic Records and worked with Sherrill again. They would go on to release one of Charlie’s classic tracks in 1973; “The Most Beautiful Girl In The World.”

In 1969, Bob Dylan recorded his country album, Nashville Skyline, produced by Bob Johnston, who also produced Dylan's Blonde on Blonde and Cash's At Folsom Prison. They recorded 15 songs together for the Nashville sessions but would only keep, 'Girl From The North Country.'
