So many great ideas for leaders managing teams in Shyam Sankar’s piece, highly recommend. Most other orgs can learn a lot from tech cos like Palantir, even non-software ones

a wildly successful founder, investor, and writer kindly offers his advice on how to craft a strong pitch. your response is to call him racist, and demand he change his preferences to accommodate your niche background. a fascinating strategy. good luck!
