Today's is Tamika's coleslaw (📸 with Ackee and Saltfish)!

Coleslaw and fresh green salad are THE two salads served with Jamaican food. Tamika tells us, “My coleslaw was famous when I worked in a Jamaican restaurant. Everyone used to ask for Tami’s coleslaw!” 🌟

Today's is Sanobar’s Palav 🤩

There are over 200 kinds of Palav in Central Asia! This particular dish is a Samarkand version, and is cooked in layers. It usually consists of meat, root vegetables and rice, however, Sanobar makes hers vegetarian with chickpeas 🤤
