Twitter Web App : I'm also a bit salty b/c the authors didn't cite either of our papers that addresses this uses the MEPS. (it's not a perfect data set as discussed in limitations, but it isn't thwarted by a collider).

Twitter Web App : We really need to stop doing these analyses on Medicare claims, they are at best misleading.

Twitter Web App : When you select on Medicare FFS, the analysis becomes meaningless on a societal level. You have to look at FFS + MA, otherwise there is no point (maybe perhaps outside of budgetary understanding w/in CMS).
